Returns Policy

MyCPAPCanada.ca will only accept returns of CPAP masks, with defects, 15 days from the delivery date. Please be advised that returns on unopened and unused items will only be accepted within 15 days from the delivery date and any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned. A 15% processing/restocking fee will be deducted from the initial cost before the refund is issued. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the payment of any shipping cost on return/exchange item(s). The credits/refunds will only be issued once the returning product has been received and reviewed at/by our facility. All items marked as clearance are final sale and will not be refunded. It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number on items of value over $100 to ensure that the returning products are received by our facility.

Shipping Policy

MyCPAPCanada.ca offers free standard shipping on orders over $150.00 value and a $15 Flat shipping fee on orders under $150.00. Orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. Standard shipping rates will apply on all rush/expedited orders, or orders to the United States and will be calculated on checkout.

CPAP Pressure Setting Prescription Policy:

It is the policy of My-CPAP- Canada to ship CPAP devices with the pressure settings on the prescription received, if the prescription does not state any pressure settings, fixed, or a range, then it will be shipped set to the default manufacturers settings which are 4-20 CM H2O for an auto machine or a pressure of 10 CmH2O for a set standard pressure machine. It is recommended that all CPAP devices are set to a prescribed therapeutic fixed or variable pressure for optimal therapeutic/health benefit by your provider at the discretion of your physician.
